Description:
Project Name : Construction of administrative and barracks buildings of Bangladesh Police stations in various places of the country
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience of Construction works.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(One) RCC Framed structured Building Construction including Civil, Internal Sanitary and Internal Electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 600.00 (six hundred) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 800.00 (Eight hundred) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW3-7 form without any alteration) Tk. 300.00 (Three hundred ) Lac.5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 850.00 (eight hundred fifty) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)6.
