Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 21 Brief Eligibility and Qualification of Tenderer 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be 5 (Three) years.[years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]2. The Tenderers Have specific experience in completing at least 1 (one) number of Civil Construction Works Under public sector Amounting to a Minimum Tk. 50 (Fifty) lakh in a Single Tender during the last 5 (Five) years and those are Certified by End User.[years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]3.The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than BDT 1,00,00,000.00 (One Cror) over the last 3 (Three) financial years or best 3 years in the last 5 financial years.4. The Tenderer shall have a minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital [steady balance for the last 6 months counting backwards from date of publication of IFT] or credit facility issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh of Amount not less than BDT BDT 45,00,000.00 (Fourty-five) Lakh.
