- Project Name : Construction of New Buildings for Anti-Corruption Divisional Office Khulna, Rangpur, Rajshahi, Barishal & Sylhet and Vertical Extension of Divisional Office Mymensingh.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderers must have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience of construction works.2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of frame structure (4 storied building with 4 storied foundation) work including Civil, Sanitary, internal & external Electrification Works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 1400.00 (Fourteen Hundred) lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 6000.00 (Six Thousand) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. In JV works, JV share must be declared, otherwise the certificate will be rejected.4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW3-7 form without any alteration) Tk. 1000.00 (One Thousand) Lac.5. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license and up-to-date ABC contractor and supervisory license.6. Tenderer must have experience of supplying 01 Nos lift of Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.7.Manufacturer's Authorization Letter from lift, generator, substation manufacturer must be submitted.8) Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC and Section 8.* Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
