    Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
    Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 10 (Ten) years.Up to Date Valid Trade license, ABC License & Supervisory License. Tax clearance certificate, BIN & TIN certificate.The minimum specific experience in Building Construction Works (With Pile Foundation) as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity, and methods/construction technology completed in Govt./semi-government./ autonomous organization within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 30.00 Crore.Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1000 KG lift in any Govt. /semi govt./autonomous organization within the last 05 years.Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 60KVA Diesel generators in any Govt./semi-government./autonomous organization within the last 05 years.Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 250 KVA Electric Sub-Station in any Govt./semi govt./autonomous organization within the last 05 years.Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Fire Detection & Protection System minimum value 80.00 Lac Taka. in any Govt./semi-government./autonomous organization within the last 05 years.The minimum amount of Credit Facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 500.00 Lakh; The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 20.00 Crore over the last 5 years & The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 30.00 Crore.
