Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (b) Having experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of Construction works of Tk. 24.00 (Twenty four) Lakh in a single contract during last 5(five) years in any Government/ Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.(c) The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk.30.00(Thirty) Lakh. Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 15.00 (Fifteen) Lakh. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW3-7 of Tender and Contract Forms section of standard documents (PW3) must be submitted for this purpose.(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.30.00 (Thirty) Lakh.(f) Complete site visit report duly authenticated by Engineer-in-Charge not below the rank of SDE shall have to be attached herewith(g) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate shall be rejected.(h) The tenderer must possesi.
