Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in construction works shall be 10 (Ten) years [Years counting backward from the date of IFT].2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of satisfactory completion of 01 (one) number of RCC framed structure building construction work including internal electrical & sanitary system works in a single contract with a minimum value of Tk. 150.00 (Tk one hundred & fifty) Crore in any government/ semi government/ autonomous organization within last 10 (ten) years [Years counting backward from the date of IFT].3) A minimum average annual construction turnover under public sector over the last 5 (Five) years of Tk 115.00 ( Tk one hundred & fifteen) Crore [Years counting backward from the date of IFT].4) The minimum amount of liquid asset of the tenderer shall be Tk 33.00 (thirty three) Crore in the form of a letter of commitment for bank-s undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PW3-8) without alteration issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days of the deadline for submission of Tender only.5) Minimum Tender capacity of Tk. 177.00 (Tk one hundred & seventy seven) Crore [To submit ongoing work details, contract amount, payment bill amount, remaining works amount and other required information].6) Having ... - Documents:
