Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) Reputed construction firms who have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience in building construction and also have experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of similar RCC framed structure building of equal to or higher than 7-storied building in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Body in Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years including Water Supply, Sanitary, Electrical/Mechanical works having foundation of RCC cast-in-situ pile of at least Tk 51.00 (Taka Fifty One) crore in a single work order; (b) Must have separate work experience in RCC cast-in-situ pile foundation if it is not included in the above item “a” (c) Must have ABC electrical and supervisory license from electrical licensing board; (d) Experience Certificate should have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department; (e) Net Liquid assets (Free fund) and/or Credit facility/FDR not less than Tk 11.00 (Taka eleven) crore; (f) Average Annual Turnover of not less than Tk. 42.00 (Taka Forty Two) crore over the last 05(five) years. (Calculation of construction of turnover should be shown clearly in individual paper); (g) Current year trade license; (h) VAT registration certificate and Up-to-date Income tax clearance certificate;(i) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
