Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : As Per TDS/STD1. Financial CapacityThe availability of minimum liquid assets, i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, shall be examined and evaluated by the Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC).1.1 Bank StatementThe TEC may verify the declared liquid balance at any stage of evaluation. If the required balance is not available at the time of verification, the Tenderer shall be considered non-responsive.1.2 Credit Line / Credit CommitmentThe TEC may require submission of Credit Sanction Letter or Credit Approval Document issued by the competent authority of the respective bank and may verify the available credit balance at any stage. Failure to meet the required amount shall result in non-responsiveness.2. Construction Yard FacilitiesThe Tenderer must have adequate construction yard facilities (owned or rented) for production of rings and slabs for Improved Latrines for Poor Households (Twin Pit Latrine). Relevant documents and recent photographs must be submitted.3. Similar Work ExperienceOnly Tenderers having prior experience in similar nature of works at rural household level shall be eligible.4. Pre-Tender ClarificationAny clarification shall be raised through the online pre-tender meeting as per schedule.5.
