Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderers who failed to start/failed to complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED, Nilphamari without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate in this e-Tender according to Prime Minister Gazette.2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature (Construction of Academic Building work), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years only in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous Organisation, each with a value of at least Tk. 7,20,00,000.00 (Seven crore Twentu lac) [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 75,00,00,000 (Seventy five crore) over the last 5 (five) years.5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1,50,00,000 (One Crore Fifty lac)6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 8,80,00,000 (Eight Crore Eighty Lakh)7. The amount of Performance Security shall be 5% to 25% of the total contract price as per PPR 2008 rule 27(2).8.
