  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed construction contractors/Firms who have a minimum of 10 (Ten) years of General experience in construction works.b) Having specific experience in successfully completing at least 01 (one) number of building works in/c sanitary water supply and electrical works of similar nature and volume of a single work order of Tk. minimum Tk 700.00 Lakh in the last 5 (five) years in any Government Department /Semi-Government Department/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.c) The tenderer must have minimum liquid Asset / Credit facilities /working capital of TK. 160.00 lakh BDT of any scheduled bank within the period of invitation of tender and submission of tender along with bank statement.d) Who has minimum annual average construction turnover in the last 05 (five) financial years of Tk. 800.00 lakh (Total =800.00x5=4000.00 lakh ) and The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 800.00 Lakhe) Tenderer who possessed: i) Valid trade license (Up to date) ii) Up-to-date VAT registration Certificate iii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate iv) NID card.f) According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt: 30/08/2018 from the Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within the schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.g) The tenderer must have an ABC Category Electrical License from the Electrical Licensing Board. The Tenderer must have also an Electrical Supervisory License.h) If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected/included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regard will be entertained.i) Satisfying other criteria laid down in the TDS, PCC & ITT.
