Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderers who failed to start/failed to complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED, Natore without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate in this e-Tender.2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature (Construction of Academic Building work), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years only in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous Organisation, each with a value of at least Tk. 10,00,00,000.00 (Ten Crore Only) [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 20,00,00,000.00 (Twenty Crore Only) over the last 5 (five) years.(Only Payment Certificates are Acceptable) .Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.5. The tenderer must have minimum Liquid Asset / Credit Facilities /Working Capital of TK. 2,05,00,000.00 ( Two Crore Five Lakh Only) BDT of any scheduled bank within the period of invitation of tender (PW3-7 Format).6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 11,60,00,000.00 ( Eleven Crore Sixty Lakh Only).7. Updated ABC Licence & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, GoB.8. Tenderer must submit Authorisation Letter. (Mention Tender Id & Works Name in Farm Pad).9. Other eligibility remain as per TDS and IFT.
