Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderers who failed to start/failed to complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED, Joypurhat without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate in this e-Tender.2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature (Construction of Academic Building work), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years only in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous Organisation, each with a value of at least Tk. 9,00,00,000.00 (Nine Crore Only) [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 18,00,00,000.00 (Eighteen Crore Only) over the last 5 (five) years.( Only Payment Certificates are Acceptable) .Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.5. The tenderer must have minimum Liquid Asset / Credit Facilities /Working Capital of TK. 1,85,00,000.00 ( One Crore Eighty Five Lakh Only) BDT of any scheduled bank within the period of invitation of tender (PW3-7 Format).
