• Project Name : Fostering Opportunities of Science Education in Public Colleges
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Valid Trade License (Up to Date).2. VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Income tax clearance certificate UP to Date .3. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of (Building) Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk 550.00 Lac (Five Crore Fifty Lac) in single tender in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization within last 05 (five) Years.( Year Counting backward from the tender publication date).4. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1000.00 Lac (Ten Crore) over the last 05 (five) Years. Total Amount 1000 x 5 = 5000 Lac (Fifty Crore) (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date)5. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 300.00 Lac (Three Crore) Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of e-PW3 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Credit Committment Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted.6. The Tenderer must have ABC category Electrical License & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Govt. of Bangladesh.7. The minimum tender capacity shall be TK. 675 Lac (TK Six crore seventy five lac only).8. The execution time limit is 15 month and Work must be done within this time.9. Work done bill will be paid in accordance with fund availablity.10. Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS & PCC .11. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
