Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in supply of electromechanical Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 years along with 5 (Five) years experience of supplying, installation & commissioning of proposed branded lift.2) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Passenger/Bed Lifts and related services of at least 02 contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 100.00 Lac for each lot under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh. In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer. In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of PWD and the same certificate should be duly authenticated by the concerned EXEN, PWD of that area. 3) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk.105.00 lac. Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form.4) Manufacturer's Authorization, Technical Specification,Operation manual, Catalogue for proposed Lift, IRC certificate for importing foreign equipment & materials have to be submitted.5) The tenderer must possess: Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date trade license, Up-to-date ABC category contractorship and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.5) Other required eligibility criteria and conditions of the tender have been mentioned in TDS and PCC of the tender document.
