Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in electrical/electromechanical works.2)The tenderer shall have specific experience as Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Director in successful completion of similar nature electrical/electro-mechanical Works (including supply and installation of Substation and Generator) of not less than Tk= 130.00 lac in a single agreement under any Government/Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Private organization within the last 5 (five) years from date of publication of IFT. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.i) In case of the work done under any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.3)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. =150.00 Lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets i.e working capital substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format (Form attached with tender document),without alteration, submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.4)The Tenderer must submit Up-to-date valid ABC Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.5)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. =200.00 Lac over the last 5 years.
