Project Name : Project For Capacity Building Acceleration Including Infrasturcture Development of Barind Multipurpose Development Authority
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The tenderer shall have renewed update valid trade license, TIN & VAT registration certificate.b) The tenderer shall have experience for building construction work (excluding pile work) successfully completed over the last 5 years in a single work order amounting Tk. 1800.00 lakh (Work must be completed from any govt./semi govt./Autonomus body & certificate that to be issued not below the rank of Executive Engineer).c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than tk. 4000.00 Lakh (the best 3 years during last 5 years).d) Work certificate to be attached with the tender.e) The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facilities Tk. 500.00 lakh.f. Any work completed with LD (Liquidated damage) according to work order will not be considered for acceptance.All other conditions as mentioned in the tender document should be full filled by the tenderer.
