Project Name : Establishment of three Regional Offices for National University Project
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be Five (05) years.2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction work of at least One (01) contract (s) of similar nature 50000 Gallon Capacity Under Ground Water Reservoir with Pump House successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk.35.00 lakh in Govt/ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh in a single work order (Ongoing work or Uncompleted work will not be acceptable and Result is Non-Responsive).years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. 3) Who have had a minimum annual average construction turnover in the last 05(Five) years of Tk 50.00 lakh (Total=50.00x5=250.00 lakh). 4) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank of Bangladesh of the tenderer shall be BDT 40.00 Lakh only.In case of line of credit, it must be submitted at per prescribed format PW2a-3.In case of credit facilities, it must be sanctioned and sufficient amount must be unspent.In case of liquid asset, certificate or bank statement must be submitted.In all cases of certificates must be collected from bank after publication of IFT. 5) Tenderer who possessed i) Up to da...
