Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligible contractors shall have:1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (One) contract of 02(Two) storied Steel Composite Frame Structure Building including civil, sanitary and electrical etc. works under single contract value of at least Tk. 8,00,00,000/= (BDT Eight Crore) only successfully completed in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 15,00,00,000/= ( BDT Fifteen Crore) Only over the last five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3,50,00,000/= ( BDT Three Crore Fifty Lac) Only. 5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 10,00,00,000/= (BDT Ten Crore) Only.
