Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. As described in tender document (TDS).2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During last 10 (Ten) years.3. Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) Number of building work/Minimum Specific experience of Similar Nature work of Tk.420.00 lakh in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During last 05 (five) years.4. Who have minimum annual average construction turn over in the last five financial years of Tk. 700.00 lakh in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During last 05 (five) years (2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023 & 2023-2024).5. The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk 140.00 lakh. (Not before 22.12.2024) (This will be given by the proper format)6. Who have minimum tender capacity not less than 560.00 Lakh7.The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:(i) Upto date Trade License.(ii) Upto date Vat Registration.(iii) Upto date TIN Number.(iv) NID.(v) Business Address.vii) enclosed experience certificate for respective work.8. Who have ABC License Given by Electric License Board .9. The Provisions laid down in the "PPA & PPR -2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be Followed.10. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet (TDS).
