Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Experience Criteria:(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].b) Minimum specified experience as Prime Contractor in at least 01 (one) contract construction work, similar type of work and method/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, worth at least Tk. 232.00 (Two Hundred Thirty Two) Lakhs [counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Gazette].Financial Criteria:(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 360.00 (Three Hundred Sixty) lakhs over the last 05 (five) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].(d) The minimum amounts of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tendered shall be BDT 110.00 (One Hundred Ten) Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer shall instruct to the conceded bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
