Project Name : Establishment of 560 model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Centers in each Zila & Upazila of Bangladesh (2nd Revised)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Construction Works.b) Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of RCC Frame structure Works including Civil , Sanitary & Electrical works of Government / semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk.1100.00 (One Thousand one hundred ) Lakh in a single Contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over amounting Tk.1800.00 (One Thousand eight hundred) Lakh. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public sector during last 05 (Five) years.d) The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk.500.00 (Five Hundred) Lakh.
