Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Contractors / Construction firms of Bangladesh who have : i) Overall Business Experience of at least 05 (five) years and at least 05 (five) years of Construction works experience. ii) Satisfactorily completed at least 1(one) no. similar (Building construction) works amounting not less than Taka 2,00,00,000/- (Taka Two Crore) only in a single contract, any Government / Semi Government / Autonomous Organization / Bank / Financial Institution during last 05 (five) years. iii) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover in the last 05 (five) years preceding the date of submission of the Tender shall not be less than Taka 1,80,00,000/- (Taka One Crore Eighty Lac) only. iv) Minimum liquid assets / credit facilities shall be Taka 90,00,000/- (Taka Ninety Lac) only.v) Minimum Tender capacity shall be Taka 1,30,00,000/- (Taka One Crore Thirty Lac) only.vi) Other criteria mentioned in TDS.
