Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in construction works in public sector as Prime Contractor and having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work (Construction of Residential or non-residential building or any other structures) as specific experience of a value of minimum Tk. 230.00 lac [Two crore thirty lac] under a single [01] contract within last 05 (Five) years are eligible for this tender.2. The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of at least Tk. 250.00 Lac [Two crore fifty lac] over the last three [03] financial years or best three [03] years in the last five [05] financial years.3. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 175.00 Lac [One crore seventy five Lac]. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued after publication date of the tender;4. The Tenderer must have- a) valid trade license with up to date renewal, (b) Acknowledgement slip of the Income Tax return (Income Tax Certificate) & (c) valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;5.
