Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Contractors / Construction firms of Bangladesh who have :i) Overall Business Experience of at least 07(Seven) years and in which minimum 05 years of Construction works experience. ii) Satisfactorily completed at least 1(one) no. similar works (Building construction) amounting not less than Tk. 2.50 Crore (Two Crore Fifty lac) only in a single contract at any Government / Semi Government / Autonomous Organization / Bank / Financial Institution during last 05 (five) years. iii) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover in the last 05 (five) years preceding the date of submission of the Tender shall not be less than Tk. 4.50 Crore (Four Crore Fifty Lac) only. iv) Minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderers shall be Tk. 1.10 Crore (One Crore Ten lac) Only.
