Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : As per Tender DocumentThe PEDP4 Project shall conclude on 30 June 2026. Accordingly, no extensions of time for completion of the Works shall be granted under any circumstances.Payments under this Contract shall be milestone-based, as detailed below, and subject to the availability of funds allocated to the Project. No payments shall be processed in the absence of sufficient funds.a. Interim Payments Upon the completion, successful inspection, and formal handover of each individual WASH Block to the concerned school authority, the Contractor shall be entitled to an interim payment equivalent to 80% of the value attributable to that specific WASH Block, as per the Contract's Bill of Quantities or pricing schedule. Such payment shall be made only upon the availability of funds and fulfillment of the prerequisites specified in the Tender Data Sheet.b. Final Payment Upon the completion, successful inspection, and formal handover of all three (3) WASH Blocks, the final bill for the remaining balance of the Contract sum shall be processed, subject to the availability of funds and fulfillment of the prerequisites specified in the Tender Data Sheet.
