Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : A) Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have Minimum 5 (five) Years of General Experience in Construction WorksB) Having Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor in Successful Completion of at least One Number of 3 StoriedRCC Frame Structure Building Including Civil, Sanitary and Electrification Works Worth not less than Tk. 3.00 (Three) Crorein a Single Contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During the last 05 (five) Years.(i) The Work Done Under PWD, The Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be the Concerned Executive Engineer.(ii) The Work Done Other than PWD, The Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be an Officer not below the Rank of ExecutiveEngineer.C) The Tenderer shall have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 3.00 (Thre) Crore in Public SectorDuring Last 5(Five) Financial Years, Estimated from the Publishing Date of IFT.
