Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tenders is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below1) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) yearsof generalexperience in the works/supply of Electrical Goods and relatedservices.2) Having minimum experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completionof supplying,installation, testing and commissioning of similar works and relatedservices of Tk.50.00 (fifty) Lac in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/AutonomousOrganization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.(i) Having experience in completion of supplying, installation of 1 (one) 150KVA electrical Sub-Station equipment (Transformer, EP, HT-LT switch gear and PFI plant etc) in a single work order during last 5(Five) years.3) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnoverduring last 5(five) financial years of Tk. 130 (One Hundred Thirty) Lac.4) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities ofthe tenderershall be Tk. 33.00 (Thirty three) Lac in the prescribed form (PW2A).5) The tenderer must possess ;i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate & trade license.ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. (13 digit)iii) Up-to-dated ABC category license. No join venture (JV) is applicable.6) Tenderers having quoted the price of the lowest evaluated Tender exceedsthe official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.7) TEC preserve the authority to declare null and void any tender proposal without mentioning any cause. TEC is not bound to accept lowest rate proposal.8) Tenderer having any delayed incomplete works under the Divisions of HEDCircle-3 will be considered as technically non-responsive.9) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender Data sheet .
