- Project Name : Construction of 9 No of Residential Tower Building for Bangladesh Police at Dhaka Metropoliton Area.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.b) The minimum specific experience as contractor of Electromechanical work of BDT130(One hundred thirty) lac at least two (2) contract successfully completed within the last 3 years under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body in Bangladesh.i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer.ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.b) The Tenderer must posses:c) (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License.(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate.(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (iv) Up-to-date valid ABC Electrical Contractory & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Boardh) (v) Up to date PWD Enlistmentd) The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitents, is BDT150(One hunderdfifty)lace)The tenderer must submitt Approve Plan, Drawing,Single line Diagram of this specific work.f) Annual Construction Turnover has to be BDT150 (One Hundred Fifty lakh)during last 5 Years.g) The tenderer must submit site visit certificate by the aotherize Officer of Executive engineer EM Division-3, Dhakah) The tenderer must submit IRC(Import resistration certificate)i)The tenderer must submit manufacturer authrization letter for this specific work.g) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents
