• Project Name : Construction of Armory for Ansar & VDP (40 nos at 1st Phase)
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below :The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management. Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years. Having minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of minimum 02 (Two) storied Building with minimum 04 (Four) Storied Foundation of R.C.C. building construction including civil, internal sanitary and internal electrification works of BDT 50.00 lakh in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover over the best three (3) years of last five (5) years of BDT 35 lakhs.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT 35 lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in e-GP.The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 55 lakhs.Valid VAT Registration certificate & Updated Income Tax Clearance certificate, Trade License,ABC Electric along with Supervisory License. More detail information are mentioned in the tender document. The tenderer must possess all other conditions in TDS, PCC, ITT and all necessary documents must submit in standard format. Otherwise the tender will be rejected.
