  • Project Name : Construction of 15 Nos 14 Storied Residential Flat Building at Section -9, Mirpur, Dhaka (2nd Phase)
    Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
    Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the Electrical Works/Supply works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 5 (five) years.2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in providing, installation, testing & commissioning of ring main unit (RMU) and providing & laying H.T underground/overhead cable successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk. 365.00 (three hundred sixty five) lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 365.00 (three hundred sixty five) lac over the last 5 (five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit facilities as PW3-7 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 330.00 (three hundred thirty) lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued by scheduled bank in between tender publication and submission date in e-GP portal.5. The minimum tender capacity shall be 465.00 (four hundred sixty-five) lac. In case of JV tender capacity required for leading and other partners shall be as described in TDS. In case of JV, agreement between leading and other partners shall be required.6. The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade and VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate and ABC and supervisory license.7. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard.
