Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenderers/Contractor who have comply the following condition:-(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the electrical works as prime contractor shall be 5 (five) years. (b) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in Providing, installation, testing &commissioning of On Grid Solar System at least one contract successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk.185.00 (One hundred eighty five) lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. (c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years. Tk.500.00 ( Five hundred) lac. in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. Tenderer shall have submitted payment certificates during last 05(Five) years with a year-wise list. Payment certificate of JV work not supported by JV Agreement shall not be taken into consideration. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e.,working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 170.00 (One hundred seventy) lac. and to be submitted from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in Form PW3- 7. (e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.260.00 (Two hundred sixty) lac. Necessary document must be submitted in support of Tender capacity.(f) The tenderers must be submitted up-to-date trade license, income TAX clearance certificate, ABC Electrical Contractor & supervisor license from Electricity Licensing Board and VAT registration certificate.(g) The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all Tender without assigning any reason whatever.(h) The full eligibly and qualification criteria will be available in details in the TDS. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
