Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) number of 10 (ten) storied with single basement building works completed within last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 80.00 (Eighty point zero zero) crore under single Contract in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization.c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk 60.00 (Sixty point zero zero) crore in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization.Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years with a year-wise list.d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 12.00 (Twelve point zero zero) crore and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in e-PW3 form. The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date. Liquid certificate other than in e-PW3 shall not be accepted.e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 65.00 (Sixty five point zero zero) crore.
