Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience of tendering against construction works as contractor.Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) Number of building work/Minimum Specific experience of Similar Nature work of Tk.250.00 lac in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During last 05 (five) years.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 500.00lac over the last 5 years.The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 250.00 Lac (This will be given by the proper format). (Must be submitted in the Form PW3a from any scheduled bank, otherwise tender may be considered as non-responsive) (without addition or alteration) (CPTU STD PW-3a). Please see section 7 for PW3a-3 form.Minimum Tender Capacity should be Tk. 250.00 lacThe tenderer must submit Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.Up-to date ABC category contractor and supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.The Provisions laid down in the “PPA-2006 & PPR-2008 including latest all amendments” and STD will be Followed.
