  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : As per ITT and TDS;(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 years.(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (AC Supply) of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 18.0 lakh.(c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 20.0 lakh(d) Valid and Up-to-Date Trade license to be mapped from e-GP Common document library of the Tenderer;(e) Written confirmation authorizing the signatory of the Tenderer including National ID to submit the e-Tender and shall be uploaded and mapped in the tender along with e-Tender Submission Letter (Form e-PW2-1);(f) A certificate, that the Tenderer is a Tax payer having valid Tax Identification Number(TIN) and VAT registration number as a proof of fulfilment of taxation obligations as stated under ITT Sub Clause 4.3 to be mapped from e-GP Common document library of the Tenderer;(g) Up-to-Date Income Tax Clearance Certificate from NBR;(h) Up-to-Date PWD valid enlistment Certificate; under [Executive Engineer, PWD E/M Division-5, Segunbagicha, Dhaka.](i) Valid an...
