Project Name : Construction of 02 Nos Multistoried Residential Building for Officers and Staffs of Fire Service & Civil Defence Department.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in public sector as Prime Contractor/ Sub-Contractor /Management Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years.2. The specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor in Construction works of at least 1 (One) contract of minimum 7 (Seven) storied building with Pile Foundation successfully completed within the last five years valuing minimum 12.00 (Twelve Crore ) constructed through any Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous organization in Bangladesh.3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (Five) years of Tk. 10.00 Crore (Ten Crore). Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted.4. The minimum amount of liquid asset i, e. working capital or unconditional credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT 3.50 Crore (Three Crore and Fifty Lac). Credit line(s) shall be substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW3-7), without alteration.5. Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum Tk. 14.00 Crore (Fourteen Crore).6. The Tenderer must possess Up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration certificate, TIN and TAX clearance certificate.7.
