Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Contractor/construction firms who have minimum 10 ( Ten) years of general experience in construction works and also have successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar Construction works of minimum 6(Six) storied building of minimum 20(Twenty ) Crore taka in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Body (GoB) of Bangladesh during last 10 (Ten) years. b) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over of Tk. 32 (Thirty Two) Crore, best 5 (Five) years of last 10( Ten) years . Payment certificates to be attachedc) The liquid assets/ credit facility/ free cash fund not less than Tk. 7(Seven) crore. Bank document in support of liquid assets must be submitted. In case of credit line, specific FORMAT(PW 3-7/ e-PW3-8) to be used by the bank without altering/modifying any word/sentence and adding any condition.d) Min. Tender capacity is Tk. 30 (Thirty) Crore.e) Tender Security shall be Tk 84 (Eighty Four) Lakh only to be issued in favour of Chief Engineer, SUST, Sylhet.f) Experience certificate should be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/ equivalent officer of concerned organizations.g) A,B,C Electrical and Supervisory License from Elecrtrical Licensing Board.h) In all cases, backward period will be counted from the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.i) All necessary docs to be uploaded as per eGP mapping guidelines.j) Performance Security(PS) is 5% and Retention money (RM) is 5%. PS may be upto 25% in case of front loading or unbalanced rate quoting.k) The Tender will be non-responsive if total quoted value of tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above the official cost estimate.
