Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : As Per TDS & TDSN.B.1. The latest income tax and VAT orders issued by the government from time to time will be followed in paying bills.2. Work will commence once the site has been confirmed.3. Bills will be issued subject to the receipt of funds from the appropriate authorities. Any delay in the receipt of funds will result in a corresponding delay in the payment of bills; however, the work must continue without interruption.4. The Tenderer must submit a Valid and updated TIN Certificate, VAT Certificate, and Trade License.5. Some BoQ items may increase or decrease during implementation based on the final design.
