Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant :A) Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have Minimum 10 Years of General Experience in Construction WorksB) Having Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor in Successful Completion of at least one number of 7 (Seven) Storied Building [Building Construction Including Single Basement and Electrification Works] worth not less than Tk 140 Crore in a Single Contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the last 05 years.(i) The Work Done Under PWD, The Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be the Concerned Executive Engineer.(ii) The Work Done Other than PWD, The Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be an Officer not below the Rank of Executive.C) The Tenderer shall have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of Tk 200 Crore in Public Sector During Last 5 Financial years, Estimated from the Publishing Date of IFT. Related Payment Certificates must be Submitted along with Tender.D) The Minimum Amount of Liquid Asset or Working Capital or Credit Facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 48 Crore and must be Followed by the Appropriate Format (PW3-7)E) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 200 Crore as per formula stated in TDSF) The Tenderer must Possess:(i) Up to date Trade License.(ii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate from Concerned Office.(iii) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.(iv) Up to date ABC Category Contractory and Supervisory License from "Electricity Licensing Board", GoBG) Other Notable Terms and Conditions are Pointed out at TDS,PCC,ITT and GCC Which Strictly Should be Followed.
