Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Lift andrelated services shall be 05 years.b) The minimum specific experience as contractor of satisfactory completion of supply and installationof lift with related services with a value of at least Tk.120 (One Hundred twenty) Lakh havingSingle Contract completion certificate within last Five (05) years under Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies /Private Organization in Bangladesh.i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the ConcernedExecutive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer notbelow the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified andauthenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdictionthe work has been done.c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or Letter of Commitment for BanksUndertaking for Line of Credit of Tender and Contract Forms must be submitted for this purposeof the successful Tenderer shall not be less than Tk.120 (One Hundred twenty) Lakh.d) The Tenderer must posses:(i) Up-to-date valid Trade License.(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearanceCertificate.(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (Up to date 9 Digit BIN) (iv) Up-to-date ABCcategory Contractory and Supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board, Government ofBangladesh.e) The tenderer shall be the local agent/distributor certificate of the lift and should enclose the samecertificate with Tender document.f) The tenderer shall be the Manufacturer authorization letter, Catalog and Technical specification ofproposed brand.&a
