Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. As described in the tender document (TDS).2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Construction works as Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one contract(s) of each with a value of at least Tk. 1300.00 lakh.Construction of Building Similar Work in a Single Work order,which is consisting/including minimum TK.60.00 LAC pre-cast pile work In Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During last 05 (five) years.4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 16 Crore Per Year and a total of 80 Crore total over the last 5 years.5. The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk 600.00 lakh. ((Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit Not before 20.02.2025).6. Who has a minimum tender capacity of not less than 1400.00 Lakh7. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:(i) Valid Trade License.(ii) Vat Registration.(iii)TIN Number.(iv) NID.(v) Business Address.vii) Enclosed experience certificate for the respective work.8. The Provisions laid down in the "PPA & PPR -2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be Followed.9. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet (TDS).
