Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Contractor who are registered in the National e-GP (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) System portal are eligible to Participate.b) Liquid Asset is 1.25 Crore.c) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Hospital Building Construction/ Hospital Repair works of at Least (1) One contract (single) of similar nature from Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years of minimum value tk.90.00 (Ninety) lac.d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk.2.25 Crore within the last (05) Five years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT, total turnover for last 5 years is tk. 11.25 Crore.e) The minimum tender capacity shall be : Tk. 90.00 lac.f) Tender security to be submitted through bank draft or pay order from any schedule bank of Bangladesh.g) The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System portal have to be deposited online through any registered Bank'sBranched up to 17:00 on 15.04.2026.h) Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate and NID.i) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.j) The defaulter Contractor of HED/HED Pirojpur division are not allowed to Participate in this Tender Proces
