  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer who posed Trade license, VAT and e-TIN certificate, National ID of authorized person, Authorization letter of authorized person (mentioning tender ID, works name & quoted tender amount in official letter pad) and Income tax clearance certificate with acknowledgement slip (all document's are valid, upto date, clear & clean scan copy submitted).2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years. Time counting backward from the last date of Tender Submission.3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature of Building construction works successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 75,00,000.00 (Taka Seventy Five Lakh Only). Time counting backward from the last date of Tender Submission. 4.
