Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least a single contract in the field of Building Construction works successfully completed within the last 07 (Seven) years, with a contract value of at least Tk.100.00 Crores (Taka One Hundred Crores Only) in Government/Semi-government/ Corporation/ Autonomous Organization.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 150.00 Crores (One hundred & Fifty Crores Only) over the best 03 (Three) years in the last 05 (Five) years.d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 45.00 Crores (Forty Five Crores only)e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be 110.00 Crore (One hundred & Ten Crores Only)f) The value of non-judicial stamp for execution of the joint venture agreement shall be tk 300.00 (Three hundred) onlyAttested copy of:i) Updated income tax clearance certificate.ii) VAT registration certificate, TIN & BIN Certificate.iii) Updated trade license.iv) Updated ABC category Contractor-s and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.v) Work program in bar chart.vi) Don't upload any unnecessary document.vii) The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all Tenders without assigning any reason.
