Project Name : Jashore Export Processing Zone Project
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Civil Construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) Years. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).The Tenderer must have successful work completion experience of at least 1 (one) number of minimum 3 (Three) Storied RCC Building Construction work with Pile Foundation in a single contract amounting not less than BDT 750 Lac during last 10 (Ten) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The works certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of Concerned Department/Organization.The required minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover is BDT 1250 Lac. The required minimum Liquid Asset is BDT 300 Lac for in prescribed format of Credit Line certificate from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh without any alteration.The required minimum Tender Capacity is BDT 900 Lac. Debarred Tenderer (s) from any Govt./Semi-Govt. Autonomous organizations will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.Up-to-date Trade License, Income tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Electrical Supervisory License shall be submitted.All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 & Public Procurement Rules-2008 and their amendments.
