Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tendered in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least(1) One contract(s) of similar nature of Building Construction Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization ofBangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk.570.00 lakh. (work order & completion certificate must be submitted)c) Who have minimum annual average constructional turn over in the last 05 (five) financial years of Tk. 250.00 lakh (Total =250.00x5=1250.00 lakh ).Payment Certificates Must be Submitted along with Tender.d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 110.00 Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.e) The tenderer must have up to date valid trade license, VAT-Registration certificate, TIN-Certificate and NID.f) The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
