Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed construction contractors/firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in construction works.b) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 01 (One) number of building works including sanitary, water supply and electrical works of similar nature and volume of a single work order of minimum TK. 700.00 Lakh BDT in last 05 (Five) years in any Government Department /Semi- Government Department/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh (from FY-2018-2019 to 2022-2023 or till date).c) The tenderer must have minimum Liquid Asset / Credit Facilities /Working Capital of TK. 200.00 Lakh BDT of any scheduled bank within the period of invitation of tender (PW3-7 Format) .d) Who have minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover in the last 05 (Five) financial years (from FY-2018-2019 to 2022-2023) of TK. 800.00 Lakh BDT (Total= 800.00x5=4000.00 Lakh).e) Tenderer who possesses: i) Valid trade license (Up to date) ii) Up to date VAT registration Certificate iii) Up to date Income Tax Certificate iv) NID card.f) The fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System portal have to be deposited online through any registered bank's branch up to 12:00 on 27/02/2024.g) Tenderer having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below of the official estimated cost will be rejected.h) In the case of tie for the evaluated price the tenderer shall be selected based on the ‘Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects-i) The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.j) Technically responsive based on reasonable analysis submitted in case of maximum less and satisfy other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
