Project Name : Development of Selected Govt. Secondary Schools
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in National e-GP system, who fulfil the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the tender document. The folowing conditions shal be considered: 1. Minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shal be acceptable in the form of Form PW3-7 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Credit Commitment Certificate containing multiple tender ID wil not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate wil be not alowed as liquid asset. 2. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender wil be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards wil be entertained. 3. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc. as stated/required in TDS) of the tenderers as mapped in the e-GP tenders must be available correctly on specified forms. N.B.: a) The tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing information regarding Past Performance Evaluation and Rating Matrix for different aspects. b) If corrupt, fraudulent, colusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shal be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
