Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (One) contract of similar nature (Building Work in a single Contract), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) year, each with a value of at least Tk. 525.00 Lac (Five Crore Twenty-Five Lac) only.3.The required average annual construction turnover (payment certificates will be considered) shall be greater than Tk. 875.00 Lac (Eight Crore Seventy-Five Lac) Only over the last 05 (Five) years (according to Form 3_Turnover Information attached section 7).4. The minimum amount of liquid asset ie Bank Statement or Credit Facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 175.00 Lac(One Crore Seventy-Five Lac) Only (Bank Statement or Credit Facilities issued not more than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract).5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 525.00 Lac (Five Crore Twenty-Five Lac) only.6. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender updated ABC license from Electric Licensing Board.
