Project Name : Development of Selected Govt. Secondary Schools
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Valid Trade License (Up to Date).2. VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Income tax clearance certificate UP to Date .3. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk 350.00 Lac (Three Crore Fifty) in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization within last 05 (five) Years.( Year Counting backward from the tender publication date).4.The Tenderer must have ABC category Electrical License & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Govt. of Bangladesh.5. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3000.00 Lac (Thirty Crore) over the last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date)6. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 100.00 Lac (One Crore) Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of e-PW3 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Credit Committment Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted.(NB :The liquid asset as a bank statement will not be allowed.)7. The minimum tender capacity shall be TK. 350.00 Lac (Three Crore Fifty Lac ).8.The tenderer must visit the Construction site before tender submission.9. Work done bill will be paid in accordance with fund availablity.10. Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS & PCC .11. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
