Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all qualified Tenderers as mentioned below:(1) Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in Construction Works.(2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one number of 05(five) storied RCC frame structure building including sanitary and electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 700.00 Lac in a single contract in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh In Case of Work Done Under PWD The Certifying and Authenticating Authority Should be The Concerned Executive Engineer. In Case of The Work Done for Successful Completion of Building Construction Works Under any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD The Certifying Authority shall be an Officer not Below The Rank of Executive Engineer and The Same Duly Verified by The Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that District.(3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 250 ( Two hundred fifty) Lakh(4) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 11.00 ( Eleven) Core over the last 05 years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp Portal.(5) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: 780.00 Lakh.(6) a) Up to date Trade License.b) Income tax, Vat registrationc) Up to date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from electricity licensing board, Government of the People-s Republic of Bangladesh.(7) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer/bidder are mentioned in the tender data sheet (TDS) of Tender documents.
